Obituary for Sammie Lee Rice
Sammie Lee Rice age 78 of Painesville died on October 15, 2015 at TriPointe Hospital. He was born on November 27, 1935 Tuscaloosa, AL.
Sammie was a sanitary engineer for Lake County until his retirement in 2010. He enjoyed working on cars, going to flea markets, watching sports, and sitting under the shady tree.
Survivors include his wife, Marian (Floyd) Rice; sons, Donald, John Paul, David, and Adam (Lisa); daughter, Barbara;16 grandchildren,and a number of great grandchildren
He is preceded in death by a daughter, Rosie; and sons Jimmie and Sammie, Jr..
Memorial Services will be11:00 AM Tuesday at Lake Erie Church 3050 Antioch Road Perry
