Obituary for Ann M. Karski (Fredericks)
Mrs. Ann M. Karski, age 88 of Concord passed away December 13, 2015 at the David Simpson Hospice House of the Hospice of the Western Reserve. She was born November 12, 1927 in Elmira, New York to the late Bernard and Inez (Douglas) Fredericks.
Mrs. Karski was a 1947 graduate of the St. Joseph's Nursing School in Elmira, NY and worked at Lake East Hospital in Painesville for over 20 years as a Registered Nurse after raising three children. She retired in 1996.
She is survived by her son Mark of Concord, and daughter Kim K. Fossum of New Smyrna Beach, FL.; her grandchildren Elena and Calvin Karski; brother Jake Fredericks and sister Bernita Daley.
She was preceded in death by her husband John on Aug. 21, 2015 and her daughter Karen Ann Karski.
A private family service was held.
Memorial contributions are suggested to Hospice of the Western Reserve, 17876 St. Clair Ave., Cleveland, Ohio 44110-2602.
