Obituary for Lawrence R "Butch" Elliott
Lawrence R. "Butch" Elliott age 72 of Painesville Twp., died on May 30, 2016 at his home. He was born on November 15, 1943 in Marion Co., WVa.
Butch was a U.S. Army veteran. He worked for Lake County Grounds and Service Department and enjoyed hunting, fishing, doll house making, and the outdoors.
Survivors include his wife, Judy; children, Dawn (Chris) of Schweinfurth of Kirtland, and Jeffrey of Cleveland; grandchildren, Jack Schweinfurth, Matthew Schweinfurth; sister, Betty (Leroy) Zinn of Perry and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Mary Fast.
Visitation will be Thursday, June 2, 2016 at noon until the service at 1:00PM at First Church Congregational, 22 Liberty St., Painesville. Burial will follow at Evergreen Cemetery, Painesville with military honors.
Memorial contributions are suggested to First Church, Congregational.
