Jacqueline "Jackie" Williams, age 87 passed away December 17, 2016 in Arizona. She was born January 26, 1929 in Shanghai, China and had resided in Perry, Ohio for the past 50 years.
She attended John Brown University in Siloam Springs, Arkansas and was a member of First Church of Christ in Painesville. She was an active member helping out in any way especially in the kitchen. She was also a member of the North East Ohio Miata Club and was involved in Clothe-a-Child for many years. She had been employed with Executive Caterers in Mayfield Hts and before that with Magnif, Fluid Regulators, Lakeland College in food service and retired from the Cleveland Browns in 2009.
Jackie is survived by her sons William H. Ridgway of Concord, Rush (Carisa) Williams of Cleveland, OH; daughter Lynda Kay (Robert) Gatdula of Beaverton, Oregon; grandchildren Richelle Jones, Genna Andron, Robert Gatdula, Rush and Blaine Williams; great grandchildren Summer Jones, Walker Jones and Aubrey Farrand.
She was preceded in death by her grandson Todd Ridgway.
A memorial service will be held on January 21, 2017 at 11:00AM at First Church of Christ, 422 Mentor Ave., Painesville, Ohio 44077.
