Obituary for E. Louise Kale White Keeter

E. Louise Kale  White Keeter
E. Louise (Kale) White Keeter, 93, passed away peacefully at The Lantern of Madison on January 10. She was born in Painesville to Martin Earl Kale and Berea Connor Kale.
Louise held many career positions throughout her life and retired from the Diamond Shamrock Corporation. She was a member of First Church Congregational in Painesville and active with the Mentor Senior Center. Honored as an Outstanding Senior Citizen, she was elected to the Lake County Senior Hall of Fame. Reading, travel, golf and card playing were her favorite activities.
She delighted in time spent with friends and family and is survived by daughter Sandra (James J.) Ling of Madison, grandson Jeffrey Scott Ling of California, grand-daughters Michele Shelton of Arizona, Amanda Snow of Delaware, great-granddaughters Courtney Shelton and Elizabeth Snow and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, step-mother Waldene Filson Kale, brother Robert E. Kale, sister Marjorie K. York, first husband, Robert C. White, second husband James R. Keeter, daughter Mary Susan W. Snow and son Robert Scott White.
The family thanks the staff of Crossroads Hospice, Haven Home of Mentor and The Lantern of Madison for their compassionate care.
A memorial gathering will be held on Friday, April 21, 2017 from noon until 1:00 with a memorial service following at 1:00PM at Johnson Funeral Home, 368 Mentor Ave., (opposite Lake Erie College) Painesville, Ohio. Burial of ashes will follow at Evergreen Cemetery at which time her son, Robert Scott White who passed on April 27, 2013 will be laid to rest also.
