Obituary for Larry Doby Wilson
Larry Doby Wilson, of Painesville died on January 13, 2017 at TriPoint Medical Center in Concord. He was born on June 21, 1952 in Painesville to the late Philip Lee and Elizabeth Lou (Payne) Wilson.
Larry was a U.S. Navy Veteran serving from 1973-1975. He was a sports fanatic and enjoyed fishing and spending time with his family.
Survivors are his wife, Jacquline; children, Stephanie Wilson-Johnson, Justin Jordan, Jennifer Griffin, and Jami Gibson; 10 grandchildren; Debra Payne Rucker and David Dino Johnson, who were raised as siblings.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his son, Anthony Lyons.
Visitation will be Friday, January 20, 2017 from 11-Noon at Union Community Church, 10959 Johnnycake Ridge Rd, Concord, Ohio 44077 with a service to follow at Noon. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery.
