Condolence From: John McFarland
Condolence: Bob was one of the first barbershoppers I met when I returned to singing a few years back. He was always such a pleasure to be with! I was unfortunately in Columbus and missed the memorial. He will always live in my heart. God Bless!

Condolence: I am so sad to hear of Bob's passing. My Dad, Dick Sturm, and Bob were great friends. I've know Bob since I have been alive. I will truly miss him. He was a great man who always had a smile, a joke and a kind word. Prayers to the family. You have lost a wonderful human being.

Condolence: Even though I knew that Bob has been in poor health I can't believe that someone who love life as he did is gone. My family consisting later of grand-daughters and my daughter used to just so much enjoy the times at Middle Bass weekend .... him leading the guys(by request from my grand-daughters) in song "Old Bones" he wants to do it again. I can relate. Bob you were one in a million and we thank you for being our friend. The gals from Villa 2.
